Our staff vetting procedures further support this business ethos and we take a serious approach to confidentiality through both our employment contracts and in actually managing the site.  Finally, our facilities include a well-equipped Viewing Room and ample free parking for all our clients.

STATE OF THE ART SOFTWARE

We are a strategic partner of O'Neil software, the World's leading bar code provider to the document storage industry. Their technology enables both Swann Storage and you as the client to track all boxes and files from their initial collection to their final storage destination, including movements to and from our facility. This constantly updated software can also provide you with powerful, on-line ordering, search facilities and record management reports such as:

• Number and type of box in storage
• Date put into storage
• Boxes / files out at your offices
• Document destruction review date

All of these services are available via our website and provide our clients with complete control.

SECURITY

We have made a considerable investment to ensure that our site security meets all expectations. Our facility is monitored by the REDCARE alarm system, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This system is linked directly to the police and fire services by both telephone and radio, thus ensuring that our systems are continually backed up. We also operate infrared intruder laser systems and digital CCTV for both external and internal coverage. Our fire protection facilities are installed to both BS EN 54-2 1988 and BS EN 54-4 1988.

STAFF VETTING & CONFIDENTIALITY

We employ our own delivery drivers and carefully chosen couriers all of which have been security vetted to BSIA standards. We believe that experienced and competent staff reflects in the quality of service we provide to our clients. All contracts of employment contain a rigorous Confidentiality Clause which all our staff support and adhere to.

FACILITIES 

• Viewing Room - in order to facilitate our clients' every need, we have provided a viewing room that allows space and time for you to review your record storage. Here you can comfortably sit down and go through any of your files or boxes upon request. You will have access to a telephone, photocopier, fax and wireless internet connection, along with refreshments that are provided upon request.

• Ample Free Parking - although vehicle access is restricted for security purposes, there is plenty of parking on site for all clients.

• Disabled Access - all aspects of our warehouse and offices are located on the ground floor, providing easy access.

• Selling Storage Boxes - we can also provide our own, strengthened boxes at an extremely competitive price. Delivered to you in space saving flat packed form with easy to follow assembly instructions:
