GENERAL DOCUMENTS

Our new freehold document storage building in Newhaven operates one of the most sophisticated and modern record and file management facilities in the UK.

Documents can be left in loose-leaf format or taken with any existing file (box, lever arch, hanging) and placed directly into our strong boxes. Both documents and boxes are tracked using a barcode system that allows accurate location and access to any item stored within our premises.

LEGAL & MEDICAL DOCUMENTS

We offer a specialised, high security room with a specific fire suppression system that can protect important and valuable documents such as deeds, wills, patient files and other valuable legal and medical documents.

Our gaseous fire suppression system will not damage your documents, unlike other fire protection systems that use water or foam.

DESIGNS, DRAWINGS & CONTRACTS

We can provide specific tubes for containing your designs, drawings and contracts, which can then be stored in either our main storage facility or in our fire-safe room.

DATA TAPES

We can store your data tapes using specially designed lockable tape cases, which are both loaded and sealed by you. These will then be stored in our high security room with the added benefit of our gaseous fire suppression system.
